Changes the duration of a movie segment.

Parameter movieRef is the reference to the movie instance. The movie reference must have been previously obtained with a call to QM_NewMovieFromFile.

Parameters segStart and oldSegDuration specify the starting point and initial duration of the movie segment. Both must be expressed in the movie's time scale.

Parameter newSegDuration is the new duration of the specified movie segment. It must be expressed in the movie's time scale.
