Returns the minimum and maximum values of the VOI parameters for the image currently assigned to a plug-in area.
The QMedical plug-in area is specified by areaRef. If areaRef is not a valid QMedical plug-in area reference, qmed_paramErr is returned.
Parameters minWidth and maxWidth receive the minimum and maximum values of the window width. Parameters minCenter and maxCenter receive the minimum and maximum values of the window center.
